What is the 15 points ??
The 15 points of motivation is known as " wise reflection" or "skillful attention". In Buddhism, it is known as " YONISO MANASIKARA" . The 15 points of motivation is not only for Buddhist; however, everyone also can share and use it to motivate yourself. It is universal usage. The meaning of " wise reflection" or "skillful attention" (YONISO MANASIKARA) is being positive in thinking. If we continue practice 15 points of motivation, our mind or mental will always be in calm, peaceful and happy state. It would not easy to sink into negative state like depression.
The following will be the 15 points of motivation :
- Reflect on the GREATNESS of the great person
- Count the BLESSING in life.
- It could have been WORSE.
- Reflect on KARMA.
- Remember that we are NOT PERFECT.
- This will also PASS.
- Transform PAIN into WISDOM.
- Life in uncertain, DEATH is certain.
- None is free from BLAME.
- We are big FAMILY.
- Touch GOOD SEEDS in other.
- Remember the GOODNESS within us.
- Have an OPEN HEART.
- Embrace UNCERTAINTY.
- Have a SILENT MIND.
"Cheer yourself up everyday, be you own self- motivator "

"If you know a problem can be solved, why worry?
If you know a problem cannot be solved, why worry? "
